Why do you want a crossfire setup if your mostly gaming on your PS3?
Stick with one gfx and buy a P35 board!

DDR3 is way overpriced!
Buy 4GB DDR2
Buy a good P35 board or buy a X38 with DDR2 support if you want to gfx cards (Abit IX38-QuadGT)

The psu must be changed ^^^^^
Its not good and you dont need 950W

What they said, although I see you've changed the PSU to a good one.
Get 4GB of DDR2; twice as much for half the price. Use just one Raptor for your OS and programs, and a decent perpendicular recording drive for your data; maybe a second one for backup. Two Raptors implies a potentially high-risk RAID-0 waste; ok I suppose for RAID-1. If you really need the speed for video work, still add another single big drive to back it up.
Get a SATA DVD burner instead of IDE; the Retail one will include the software you need to burn media and watch movies. Liquid cooling does not obviate the need for good airflow, and I think may increase it with no CPU or GPU fan stirring air around in your case. The drives and chipset still need to be cooled, and SATA cable are less obstructive.
With all the things you intend to run, check the compatibility list at http://www.iexbeta.com/wiki/index.php/Windows_Vista_Software_Compatibility_List. If necessary, either wait to see if Vista SP1 fixes any issues with your software, or get XP.
