samsung 500 gb HD
2 cold cathodes

It has more power (for future upgrading) and is a Tier 2 (good quality)
Not sure what the Tier is of the one you posted

Both those PSU's are Tier 2, they are good quality. Enermax is a very well respect brand, after all, they have tier 1 products as well.

If you ever plan to SLI in the future, that gamexstream would be a good way to go.

That's a pretty good deal for a 700W PSU. The Silencer 610 is still like $108 and the 750 is like $168 or so, but maybe that comes with being Tier 1. *shrug*

I can't believe I forgot to mention the silencer, I'd nab the 610 silencer ^_^...gotta love PC Power & Cooling =P.

Ultra doesn't seem that great
X3 isn't there but the X2 is Tier 4 (not great)
PC&C is Tier 1 and OCZ GameXstream and Enermax Liberty are Tier 2
