my new freezing system

Hi,

OK, The system is

P5b Deluxe with Wifi << Wifi is disabled from bios
CPU: E6850 core2duo
Kingston Hyperx 2GB Ram

2 Sata Seagate HDDs

Now it never freezes in bios, the system and CPU seem to be running at roughly 40 degrees Cel (which isnt too bad).
I can browsw for minutes then suddenly it'll freeze, sometime it'll go for 30 mins. sometimes during software installation sometimes when ever it feels like it!

bloody annoying!

its a new system havnt used it too much, what are the potential causes i should look out for?

Have a memtest for several hours, see if it shows any prob with your ram. Do you have any antivirus/ antimalware installed, and updated? Do you have a good, stable power supply btw? It would help other peoples to help you better if you post your full pc specs

What power supply do you have?

Lastly, a less likely problem would be ram errors. You can DL and run memtest. http://www.memtest.org/#downiso
