I have been communication about setting up my Laptop and Desktop (Win XP
Home Edition) to access the files on either system and be able to print on
the printer attached to my desktop... the problem is that if I work on a
file on my laptop (ie. Microsoft
Word...) I an select the printer attached to my desktop and print on it, but
if I an connected to the internet through my laptop and try and print
something, it doesn't give me to option to print on the printer attached to
my desktop like Word does, so I tell it to locate the printer (on the
network) and once it finds it, it tells me it has to install a driver for
it, I tell it to do so and get an error message back as follows:

Spooler SubSystem App has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are
sorry for the inconvenience.

Spooler SubSystem App "Report"
szAppName : spoolsv.exe szAppVer : 5.1.2600.2180 szModName : unknown
szModVer : 0.0.0.0 offset : 00000000

Error Report Contents

The following files will be included in this report:
C:\DOCUME~1\OWNER~1.MOB\LOCALS~1\Temp\WERc6af.dir00\spoolsv.exe.mdmp
C:\DOCUME~1\OWNER~1.MOB\LOCALS~1\Temp\WERc6af.dir00\appcompat.txt

Any information on this will help, I would like to be able to print what I
see from the web on my laptop like I do if I am on my desktop or like what I
do when I modify a Word Doccument that was stored on either the laptop or
the desktop which I have done with Microsoft Word and Lotus Word Pro 97.

Help...

Also, as a second problem... I am trying to network my wife's Window 98
Second Edition computer with my laptop and desktop, I can see my laptop and
desktop from her system, but I can not see her hard drive from either of my
Win XP systems, I told her system to file share her hard drive, but why
can't I see it from my XP systems?
