Moving "recent documents" into an existing folder

I have an existing folder. How do I move recent documents into the existing folder? I can't seem to figure it out? Amy

Hello amyj;

Your 'recent document' can be anywhere - even in an existing folder already.
See if you can right click on a 'recent document', choose properties of find out where it actually is located.

To move it, open the document and choose File - Save As and choose the folder you want.
