I recently built a new PC for myself after my old PC had a video card crap out. I'm replacing the video card in my old PC and giving it to a friend since his computer is incredibly slow and a bit dated. He mostly does office stuff and web browsing.

I'm having a hard time finding PCIE-8x cards and/or deciphering which cards will work though. Most GPUs I'm finding are AGP or PCIE-16x, which I assume are incompatible, or very expensive for out-dated cards. He won't be playing any high-end games, so the video card doesn't need to be top-of-the-line. $15-30 would be great. Any suggestions?

Motherboard: Albatron K8SLI (nForce 4 Chipset)
PCI 1x and 8x slots

Thanks!

PCIe 16X cards will fit into a PCIe 8X slot. If not, get a cheap PCI card.

Then I guess I don't have any problems. Thank you :D
