UDMA 2 question

I´ve an intel mobo DQ965GF with the ICH8, an Samsung HDD SP2504C (SpinPoint P Series of 250 GB)
and the HD Tune reports:
Supported: UDMA Mode 7 (Ultra ATA/512)
Active: UDMA Mode 2 (Ultra ATA/32)
i have been googleing for about two hours and didnt found how to change the UDMA Mode.
If anyone have or had this problem and could tell me how to solve it......

Device Manager->IDE/ATAPI Controllers.

Check the bios also.

In the bios there are any options of the UDMA, Only you can choose between RAID, IDE, and EHCI, Im useaing IDE. and in the devicxe manager the only option you can change is Enable DMA wich is enabled. Above it says: Ultra DMA Mode 2.

UDMA 7 is the SATA1 spec of 150MB/sec.
You are looking under the IDE controller (My misunderstanding).
Your hard disk is SATA 300 MB/sec as far as I understand. You set it IDE in the bios.
