Hey guys (and gals to be P.C.)

Was wonderin is anyone who has or had the Striker 2 formula or similar motherboard could post the settings i would possibly need to get a Q9450 to run at 3.2ghz-3.6ghz..

at the moment i have an E6600 running at 3.0ghz perfectly stable and stays in and around the 50's under heavy load, but i still dont know enough to figure out how to my system to post OC'ing manually, even though im on stock cooling (with a few air circulation fans for added effect and noise) i reckon i should be ok going to at lest 3.2ghz with the Q9450.

have 2gig of ddr2 4-4-4-12 memory

thanks for any and all opinion or advice
Cheers

Check out the overclocking guides here and at other major forums. If I understand you correctly that you don't yet know how to set your OC settings manually for your e6600, you'll need to invest some time in research and learning before moving on to a quad core.
