4 gigs ocz memory sticks.
seagate 120 gig hdd.
mobo p5g41 m-le
ok, one day fired it up with ga-ep45-ud3p motherbord installed,
has been working fine for 2 months previous
got stop error code 0x0000007e (0xc0000005,0xf748e0bf 0xf78da208,0xf78d9fo8
now...thought it was hdd replaced with new...no change!
replaced mobo with new...no change.
on clean and new hdd install, no op sys installed yet...the drivers load fine...then blue screen happens before it gets to next part of install.
on existing xp boot freshly installed with spare computer goes right to stop code after post screen is done.
hdd is fine...mobo is new. it did same thing with 2 diff mobo's...thats strange
checked mem with memchek86 ..no problems with mem.
swapped mem to other comp... no problems.
swapped x2 brand new hdd with other comp ...no problems.
downloaded disk chech for windows cd thought that might be problem, disk check says disk is 100 percent good... cd loads xp home on spare comp ...no problems so disk is ok. cleaned dvd player with lens cleaner ...no problems, replaced all sata and power cords with brand new...there is only 2 things that have not been checked..processor/power supply, but both seem to work fine.
one last thing .... comp will live cd linux ..no problems
it will also run linux from hdd after linux install to hdd, no problem...wich makes sense that processor is good along with power supply...wich also suprised me that linux operated so good...cant stand linux...to complicated.
so here is where i really need your help!!!
what is going on please help!!!!
if you can help me get up and running again..
sad without my baby... patrick
thanks everyone who can guide me through this problem.

0xC05 in the second parameter is a memory exception error code.

You trouble is likely in the drivers.

"on clean and new hdd install, no op sys installed yet...the drivers
load fine...then blue screen happens before it gets to next part of install"

Most drivers are intended to be installed after the operating system and is the likely cause of your troubles.
