Wonder if someone could by chance recommend a good lightweight image viewer for windows 8
that would also allow for changing formats without a convoluted, complex interface that's confusing.
I just tried Zoner Photo Studio Free, and it had a lot more then I ever will use or need.
And I'm quite lost in the mire of whats available out there.
