Is this power supply enough?

I would like to know if this power supply is able to power and be stable with this setup:

Cooler Master CM 690
[Case Fans]
7 120mm fans
1 80mm fan

Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600
2gb Corsair PC6400 800mhz
-1 Western digital 400GB SATA
-1 20x dvd burner
-1 Nvidia 8800 gt( I dont plan on SLI)

**Please note i live in Puerto Rico so Newegg wont ship here if you got any sugestion for a power supply around that price please try to use tigerdirect.com

I'd go for one of the new ultra x (not refurbished), with a spare available in case it dies (that happened to my friend with a 350w version). Ultra offers a lifetime warranty on it's new power supplies if you register it online.
