Yes, I really use 8 internal SATA II ports. And I don't use RAID - just 7 straight hard drives and a SATA DVD burner. Of the very few motherboards that provide 8 or more internal SATA II ports, which is best for stability? I am not an overclocker - stability is more important to me than raw speed (though I still want some speed too).

none, you have to wait dude or do your own research typing "X38 8 SATA II"

The X38 chipset only supports 6 SATA II Slots..so any X38 motherboard your only going to get 6...then you would have to buy an SATA Controller for the 4 extra SATA Slots that fits in a PCI slot (newegg always has em)
