There is no northbridge multiplier. Maybe you are referring to the CPU multiplier. That is probably set to auto. You don't need to change it.
The default values should work unless you want to overclock.

Im unsure what you mean by NorthBridge clock, but let me try to explain what you should have.

There will be a setting for Hypertransport clock and Hypertransport multiplyer.  The Hypertransport clock will run at a given mhz and is multiplyed to get the overall speed of your Hypertransport bus.  For Hypertransport 1 and 2, the base clock is 200 and a multiplyer of 5 (1000Mhz HT bus).   I dont know the numbers for HT3.0

There shouldn't be any need for a 1:1 ratio with the Hypertransport.  Just be certain to lower the multiplyer so you dont exceed the maximum HT speed (2600Mhz I belive)

OK, they shouldn't be synced, the NB clock will be multiplied by 3, 4, 5 whatever to get your HT clock.  This setting is either in your BIOS or in the AMD OverDrive utility.  It will be called 'HyperTransport Multiplier'  As you increase your NB clock, you will need to lower this multiplyer to keep your HT Clock below a certain level, I think that number is 2600Mhz, but Im not certain.
