Local police are glad to get our security system's recorded film and blow up and enhance the faces and make arrests which the police department has done on nearly a dozen occasions. Assuming the police are limited to looking at cell phone pictures is naive. Equally, stating there is no software available to enhance old film. My Pinnacle studio 9 enhances all my old vhs home/family films to DVD quality in the click of a few buttons. What you have stated so far is FUD.
