Ok, I had RAID 0. 1 of my HD's failed so i figured i would save the other hard drive. After taking off RAID, setting up my BIOS for 1 HD, I used KILLDISK to erase all data off of the one good HD. Then I then proceeded to install XP from my cd. XP setup works fine, but it then reads that it cannot read sector 00 and all that good stuff. BIOS recognizes the HD. Using KILLDISK again does not work, gives me the same error.

Is there any way to save this HD? Or is it junk now?

Could be a bad HD. Download the manufacturer's diagnostics and run a full scan of the drive.
