Sharing and security tab missing in xp pro clients

Hello,
I have a windows 2003 server based domain. When client machines are joined to the domain the sharing and security tab in local folders of the xp clients systems disappear for all users except administrators. The tab is visible till the computer is joined to the domain. Is there a way to enable and bring back the sharing and security tab to the Active directory clients users who are not power users logging in through the XP machines?

I have exactly same problem, googled A lot but didnt find any solution!
