new ideal gaming rig!!! need advice!

Hey guys!!! only registered after years of reading on the forums. i am going to be buiding my first system pretty soon and i need some advice on what the best rig to get is. im only looking to spend around 500£ for my system, exc monitor speakers and mouse n keyboard... heres what im thinking at the moment, i really do have my heart set on ati, i dont know why haha. im going to use it mostly for gaming!!!

im not sure about my other coolers too. i dont want to be my rig to be running hot any time, im putting it in my bedroom (only 18 haha) and it gets warm sometimes!!!

For a case check out the Coolermaster RC-690
The case fan is pretty bright though and you might be better off with Coolermaster Centurion 5
Both have decent cooling with the stock fans.
The rest of your list looks good.

For the GFX card, I'd recommend an 8800GT. As for the case, I say go for a P180, it costs more than 50 but its worth it and you can re-use it for future builds. For the cooler, I think Ninjas and U120s work better. Note that you need to buy a fan for those if you plan on OC.

Since you are getting a Crossfire capable motherboard go with the 3870. It's close enough in performance to the 8800GTs not to be a major issue. Gives you the option of a 2nd ATI card in Crossfire in the future.

thanks guys. im thinking of using crossfire in the future when i get more funds, so i chose that mobo. ill have a look at those cases and coolers! cheers!
