I'm wondering if it's worth it to get a sound card for this speaker, like Chaintech AV-710. I'm using this setup mostly for music and some games. I just want some decent sound, nothing extreme.

The onboard sound card is Realtek ALC888 btw.

or just tell me my speakers are junk and don't deserve sound cards @_@

Lol i wouldnt say they are junk... but in saying that you wont notice any benefit of a nice sound card with them...

I would only get a soundcard if you intend to then link that up to a power amp.
