This is the system I'm going to get and YES i am going to be overclocking it:
 
Motherboard
ASUS P5K Deluxe WIFI
 
CPU
Intel Q6600---->>>> going to OC it
 
Graphics Card
Nvidia GeForce XFX 8800GT 512Mb 256bit DDR3 PCI-X Video Card going to OC to 700/2000  
 
Ram
PATRIOT PC2-6400 1GBX2 LOW LATENCY KIT, Extreme Performance Dual Channel Series, 4-4-4-12, EPP  
 
Monitor
2ms ASUS VW222U 22" Wide LCD Monito---->> this one is good for my price range
 
Power Supply
This is where im stuck on Corsair 620W "" HX-620 ATX Power Supply  
or
Corsair HX-520 520w Modular PSU  
 
Case
Antec Nine-Hundred
 
CPU Cooler  
Thermalright ULTRA-120-EX  
 
Graphic cooler  
Thermaltake DuOrb  
 
 
I also got Windows Vista X86
3 harddrive and 2 dvdrw
 
so is this build alright if not please tell me what to get  
AND please don't spam the forum saying the i should get 4g ram i would get it down the track

I find that unless I can find a compelling reason, I like to minimize the number of different manufacturers.  This makes things a lot easier when dealing with TS.  In the Antec case, I'd be more inclined to use the Antec 650W Neopower Power Supply.
 
My last 3 builds matched:
 
Antec cases w/ Antec PSU's
Asus MoBos w/ Asus vid cards
 
Made my life easier in more cases than once as I had to call TS to work out a wiring reach issue (antec supplied free wires and new front panel USB / firewire port modules.

Not to dis Jack, but that has to be one of the stupidest comments I've read at toms.  
 
It makes absolutely no difference.
 
Depending on the price you're paying for the 620, you may want to look at PC Power & Cooling, which is a highly regarded brand:

And I know you don't want to hear about 4gb, but supposedly these:

use the Micron D9 chips (the best) and will overclock like crazy with your Q6600.  For $88 with no rebate it's a hell of a deal.
