BSOD with NDIS.sys / ntsokernel.exe

Yesterday I installed Panzers Phase 1 but everytime I click the play shortcut I get a BSOD. I couldn't figure out what was causing it so I downloaded BlueScreenView and it has highlighted NDIS.sys & ntsokernel.exe wich I assume are the culprits. So my question is how do I fix this error so I can play my game?

I have disabled both LAN and WLAN adaptors to see if that helps but makes no difference.

Laptop spec.

Aspire 5732z
2.0ghz T4200 processor
4GB ram
XP Pro

Ok the ndis.sys seemed to be a problem with a driver and is fixed but still no idea with ntsoknrl
