One way to update drivers onto a computer that is not connected to an internet, is to access a computer that does have internet access and download/copy the driver onto a flash drive or CD and then transfer the driver to your laptop.

Since you have a laptop, another way is to place your laptop next to a computer that has internet access and move the internet cable to your laptop for the purpose of downloading the driver directly.
