If the 8800GT SSC miraculously restocks TOMORROW, should I go with the 8800GT SSC or the new 8800GTS 512 (G92)?

The one that is In Stock. Honestly 8800GTs are hard as hell to find and when a store got them "In Stock" it's only because the shipment arrived. They simply unpack them, pack them in other box to ship them to those who ordered a week ago.

agreed. just get the one in stock.
there's a bit of a debate between them..but honestly, 10 fps isn't that much.

Yea ill just go with whatever is in stock.

If the SSC is in stock ill go with the ssc for the ET game.

If not ill just get the GTS92 today.


It doesnt matter ATM cause im just gonna step up in 90 days.

10 fps isn't much depending on the current FPS your getting... to jump from 50 to 60 FPS isn't much... but to jump from 15 to 25 FPS is quite a difference ;) not that I think either of these cards will be doing 15-25 FPS in any currently available game (as of 12/17/07) but yea... just a technical correction ;)
