I see that the manual says this about the "Ratio CMOS Setting":
Sets the ratio between CPU core clock and the FSB Frequency.
Note: Only available when SpeedStep technology is diabled.
Is this a setting in the mothboard BIOS or a lock down on the Xeon itself? I don't see any reference in the manual to how to disable it in BIOS. I may have missed it.
