Erm just keep with the stock cooler. Use Rivatuner, expertool or ATItool to overclock the card. You dont overclock the cooler's fan, but set it to 100% on one the overclocking programs to keep it running at full speed and therefore keeping the card at its coolest.

The best graphics card cooler is the Thermalright HR-03, but oswold is correct - there's little point in getting one (unless the stock fan annoys you) as they are expensive.
My preferred nVidia overclocking tool is Rivatuner.
