I'm planning on getting a new motherboard, but it only has one IDE header, which is enough for my CD/DVD drives. (ASUS P5QL-EM:nothing big)

I'm looking for a reliable IDE to SATA converter in order to connect my IDE Hard Drive to a SATA 3.0Gb/s header...This is my main hard drive (my only h. drive); with OS and everything, so I want something good.

Does anyone have a good recommendation? Is anyone currently using one and has personal experience or advice?

Greatly appreciated, thanks.
