Ok I have a Abit KN9 and for months ive been trying to figure out why my CPU was overheating.

But not after doing some cleaning on my room and finding the box for my CPU (AMD 64 x2 4400+) it goes

"New eco friendly 1.25v - 1.35v"

Is soon as I saw this my jaw dropped.

Went onto my BIOs and saw they the lowest I can set it was 1.35....
That would be great keeping it at that its just I want it lower, as in 1.25v as when my computer is going it always jumps up to 1.37 then 1.4

Is there any program which I can set my voltage up manaually?

recent abit BIOS set lowest manually settable Vcore according to the installed CPU VID - it would appear that your CPU's VID is 1.35V.

Are you using Cool'n'Quiet?
RMClock may be able to do what you want.
