Deleted User Account

Hello,
I deleted the User Name and account that was used to boot the computer. Administrator does not boot it either. There were no passwords created that I know of. How can I recover the User account that was deleted.

boot cant log on? also i dont think you can get a user acc back,

The default admin account can't be deleted. If you've deleted or corrupted your user account, you can still log in as the default admin account. You can either boot into safe mode and use the admin account, or tap ctrl+alt+delete twice at the normal windows login screen to choose the admin account.
