We are nowcollecting new 8800GT stock cooler’s pictures from all over the world. If you got a 8800GT with a new cooler, please take a picture and sharewith us via this : [email=Expreview@Gmail.com]Expreview@Gmail.com, or just reply to our post.

Here is why we starting this:
At first we find out some 8800GT w/ new cooler in our local market. And we did a little resarch on it and find out the new cooler is nice.

But after one day, NVIDIA denied that they ever changed the stock cooler:
“According to our sources Nvidia hasn’t changed the referencecooling and doesn’t even plan to do so. Our sources also claim thatExpreview.com just managed to get their hands on Leadtek’s own 8800 GTdesign, which uses an improved cooler, similar to those we saw on XFXcards a while back.” From Fudzilla
All NVIDIA's comment on this is avoiding their responsibility, throwing the 1st shipment 88GT user to the hell of GPU HEAT!

We got more proofs of it. inno 3D,Leadtek, XFX, Zotac and eVGA arehaving the new cooler now. And more and more brand using the exactlythe same cooler of them.

I have the new version of the eVGA 8800GT and its MUCH quieter. Even at 100% fan speed its quiter than 60% on the old card. My idle temps dropped 4-5c with the change as well. I like it, mostly because it actually works and doesnt artifact/freeze on me.
