What are the normal voltage ranges for these ? (such as 1.3-1.45vs.. ect) (I need to know the voltage safe ranges so that way I don't set one too high and possibly hurt things). Whenever my board is overclocked, sleepmode does not resume (does the hang where it acts like it reboots after 3 seconds of trying to resume and just does that cycling until you power it off).

Front side bus?
(G)MCH (north bridge voltage)?
and CPU VCore?

If sleep mode is not resuming, that's probably a sign that you're OCing too much for the current conditions. If you haven't already, run some standard software tests such as memtest86+ and Orthos (or other Prime95 version) in "blend mode" or equivalent.
Start at "standard" speeds (i.e. 1333MHz FSB and DDR2-667 memory bus speed for your system) and work your way up from there (i.e. 1600MHz FSB and DDR2-800 memory bus, then perhaps further). In the future, consider buying a lower-FSB CPU, as they are normally easier to OC (you're essentially only OCing the core, not the FSB part).
