Will somebody please give me some advice on a good card for a P4 530 3Ghz. I have 2 gigs of ram. I play WoW and am looking for better framerates. I currently have an ATI x300 PCIe. Thank you in advance for the help!

Get a cheap sub-$100 2600 PRO if WoW is all you play.

Wow is very easy on the videocard. In fact, if you're experiencing stuttering during the game it's more likely to be caused by server lag than your videocard.

Or an even cheaper ATI x1650 card will work...

My old comp is a P4 2.6ghz (no HT) with 1 gig of ram and a x700pro 256mb card. Its 8x AGP and it runs WoW fine. Even in shatt or IF... i hardly drop to unplayable framerates. So any of the newer AGP cards, as mentioned above, will work extremely well for your needs.

Thank you all for your input! What kind of framerates are you guys getting? I'm usually around 30fps in outland w/ some of the settings toned down.

Also, do I need directx 10 for the those cards mentioned to work? Haven't upgraded to vista yet. Still running xp.

DirectX 10 is part of Vista, and you can't get it for XP. Regardless, they will work just fine in DirectX 9.
