Im building a budget system and I'm going to overlock my Intel Dual-Core E2140 Allendale 1.6GHz LGA 775 , Im trying to decide which heatsink to use, I'm in doubt between the Artic Freezer which is $21.99 w/shipping and the Rosewill RCX-Z4 that costs $49.00 but I can get it for $19.99 with the combo special.
Does any1 know anything about the rosewill are they any good?

I don't know about the Rosewill heatsink but the Arctic Freezer is so powerful for the price.

EDIT: Here are the reviews of the Heatsinks:

http://www.tweaktown.com/reviews/1209/rosewill_rcx_z4_cpu_cooler/index.html

http://www.silentpcreview.com/article285-page1.html

seems like the RCX-Z4 is newer but looks only a bit better than the stock heatsink and the arctic freezer is clearly better than stock cooling solution. I would say get the Arctic Freezer.

I just saw the Tweaktown review (http://www.tweaktown.com/reviews/1209/rosewill_rcx_z4_cpu_cooler/index.html), and they said it wasn't much better than stock, so I'd give it a pass. So I'd go with the Arctic Freezer.

lol at that tweaktown review. that is absolutely false. he never said what kind of system he is running test on. but the result is false. probably he did not install correctly or something.

i have this rosewill-z4, and it is very good. i am running Q6600 oc to 3.0g, and it idle at 37C, and after 8 hours of prime test, the highest is only 63C.

just look at the spec of both of these

Heatsink Dimensions (L × W × H)
AF7pro 104 × 58 × 126.5 mm
RCX-Z4 120 × 114.5 × 160 mm

Fan Dimensions (L × W × H)
AF7pro 107 × 43.5 × 96 mm
RCX-Z4 120 × 25 × 120 mm

you should know rosewill will beat the other one easily
