Ive put my OS on a single raptor drive (I do not want to RAID my OS). Now, I want to either Matrix Raid or RAID0 two additional scratch/storage 500gb drives. I'm unclear to how I need to load the RAID drivers and proceed. Most of the info I search on addresses doing the F6 to allow loading of the OS on an array. Since I'm NOT loading the OS on a RAID, it seems like I could load the RAID drivers (which one's and how I'm not sure) and then update my BIOS, etc.

Can anyone get me started? ga-p35-ds3p

you should able to load the driver from the inside of windows.

And exactly what driver is that? I'm using the Intel controller for my drives (versus the Gigabyte SATA driver). thanks

Actualy I think after you enabled and created the raid in the bios windows should see it as new hardware and if you installed the gigabite drivers it is all on your system already so it should find it

the intel raid drivers if not sure download from your boards sites should have it
