Yes, depending on your chipset. I would say that you are at leas running either a P35 or one of the 3 series Intel chipsets and it will support anything on a LGA775. You would be best suited to go to the mobo manufatuers website and check the specific CPU support the mobo will run.

RAM is the same. It will run any DDR2 as long as it is DDR2 so DDR2533,667,800,1066 or higher will run.
