Wondering How to CLean Computer Registry Manually?

Those who know the worth of optimizing registry, will always consider cleaning it on regular basis. However, which way is best? Automatically or Manually?

I know there are several software applications out there that can help us to clean computer registry automatically. However, i am just wondering how to do it manually? I have found the following article on it and have done accordingly and system seems to be working fine.

However, i need to know if there is any other way (not lengthy ) of cleaning registry manually?

I would not clean it manually or automatically. Instead, when I install programs I would use an uninstaller program to get rid of all traces from the registry and other temp and program files, so that over time the computer doesn't get littered with junk files.

Why would you choose to clean registry manually, if it can be done automatically?

You should install a reliable registry cleaner that will do this job effectively..
