im ordering today a new system .. i need to hear your thoughts about the system

oo by the way i will use my computer for gaming, and regular stuff

If I were you I'd get a bigger power supply, maybe a 500+ watt. Corsair makes a great 520 watt PSU for little money.

Go with a 500W-ish psu cuz you'll have some headroom for gpu upgrades. 425W+ for an 8800gt/hd3870 pc. The rest is good.
