Well ive been trying to hit 3.2ghz on my board but i want to try and increase CC instead of increasing the mutiplier. but on 13x i cant get above 225CC and so i tryed one of the automatic overclock settings on my board which is the hishest it has and it overclocks to 3.1ghz and a CC of 240 but my memory is at like 390mhz which is 780mhz on 800mhz memory. So is it possible to manually do this and have my computer at like 247CC at 13x which is 3.2ghz and somehow have my ram running around 400mhz which is 800mhz which is what its suppost to be run at? here is the automatice settings im at right now. and heres the memory So im just trying to hit 3.2ghz but with 247CC and the memory at 400mhz which is 800mhz if possible. Any ideals what i can do?

1. It's easier to make screenshots using the [ALT+PrintScreen] keys.
You then open Paint and press [CTRL+V] to paste the screenshot into a jpg file. Just in case you didn't know. :)

2. State the model of your motherboard.

Did you read the manual, BIOS section?
Go to : OverClock Navigator Engine (page 36)
Set CPU Clock to 247MHz (or whatever you want)
Set DDR2 Clock to 533/667MHz (so it doesn't limit you for now)
(apply stock voltage manualy).
Check stability. If it crashes raise CPU/Northbridge voltage (1 change at a time, don't overdo it or you will kill your chip).

If it's not stable change the multiplier to 14x and be happy.
