This won't help that error, it's a drive issue.

Need to run a drive scan using a BIOS utility or a system disk from the vendor. If the PC vendor does not have one, usually the drive manufacturer will. I'm sure it will come up with issues, you can try to do a scandisk and fix the errors, but that just masks the issues by marking sectors as bad and moving data around it. It will not actually fix the drive. Best thing to do here is to buy a new drive, and if you can get any data out of it using the scandisk, copy it over to the new drive.
