Change domain password requirements

my laptop password expired and now im trying to reset new password but it says " The value provided for the new password does not meet the length, complexity, or history requirements of the domain".
Can somebody help me how to reset password again. I have no idea what are the requirements of the domain.

You need to contact the admin of your network for help, this is set in the group policy. Usually it's 8+ character with upper and lower case characters and numbers and you can't re-use the last 5 passwords you used. Or something like that.

Just try a new and longer and more complex password.

Default these days is for the domain to remember 24 old passwords for each user. :)
