ok this is what im building- P5e-vm hdmi q9540 4gb patriot ram 800 - at 444412 timeings mascool cpu heatsink- http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16835150082 9800gtx vista 64 bit 250 gb hd my question is do you think with this system i can get the 9540 to 3.2 GHz im relatively new to overclocking and any help would be greatly appreciated

The link for the CPU cooler isn't working, but you could probably do better than a Masscool >> If I remember right, the Q9540 has a 8x multiplier, so 3.2 would be 400mhz FSB. I'd be willing to bet you could go a little higher with it on the p5e. Just remember to get a quality PSU. Quality > Wattage.
