It runs fine, but is a little flaky in the cod4 demo. Most likely because I am running it off my old 420 watt from TT. My new seasonic 500 watt arrives tomorrow
Anyway's, mine came with the crap stock cooler (not the new revision). Does anyone know what there is out there for aftermarket coolers? also, I will need good ramsinks, I have heard that the ones that come with the coolers suck and fall off.

The heatsinks do not fall off if done properly. The poor folks who have them falling off are poor preps of their chips. HAS TO BE CLEANED RIGHT. Get Artic Silver thermal cleaning compound, I have used it on 5 diff projects and never had one fall off.

On a 7950GT KO card the Accelero S1 brought temps from 56I / 70L to 40I / 49L even without the turbo module, which is basically two fans. Keep in mind that this is all passively cooled. I can't think of a better aftermarket 8800gt option for the money.

I use the DuoOrb as posted above on my EVGA 8800GT... fits well, temperature drop is DRAMATIC... HUGE... i was shocked... I never hit 60 C ever any more... not ever... not even with high ambient temps and playing crysis for hours.

Have you attempted overclocking any higher with the DuoOrb? If so, what is the highest stable overclock you have achieved with it?

ZEROtherm HC92 Cu 8800 / Thermaltake DuOrb / Zalman VF-900 Cu - With only twenty-six cents separating their price/performance ratio, these three coolers really earn their sticker price. Also, with their different levels of noise, you can select which one suits your needs best and be confident you are getting a great cooler. A quick side note. If you already have a fan handy for use with the Thermalright HR-03 GT then this cooler becomes a much better value and should be included here.
