alright i currently have a 22 inch westinghouse monitor that i use thats 1680x1050 rez and ill be using windows xp 64bit
* the stuff in the parenthesis are the questions that i have
Yup, Ninja is one of the top coolers. It can cool a 3.2ghz quad. If you can afford it, the best would be Thermalright U 120 E which needs a fan.
Any reason you picked out the MSI board? I'm not sure abou its overclockability. Their Premium/Platinum is a good overclocker. At that price, you might as well pick up a tried & true overclocker like DS3R, P5K, etc. The P5K is a popular record-breaking board for the extreme overclockers who use dry ice (DICE), LN2 or phase change to cool the cpu.
The rest is decent.
I have the 8800GT for my 1440x900 LCD. It does stutter once in a while with the game maxed out. If you're after eye-candy, might want to invest more on an 8800GTS 512MB.
im look for price here right now which is pretty much why i was looking at the msi board, plus im gonna be getting a msi vid card, might as well have it match
and i dont have the cash for the 120 e otherweise i woulda gotten it, im almost just gonna skip out on the q6600 now cause the price is getting steep and i might just jump on a e6750
