I have a pretty simple question. I am trying to over clock my 4600+ Windsor its one of the 90nm processors and I was wondering if its safe to run the vcore at 1.38 volts it seems to be pretty stable and the temperatures seem to idle in the low to mid 80's and under load its seem to be idling around 111 degrees F.

i think at those temps, you could go as high as 1.42 volts... but that may be streching it

Thanks I am glad to here I should be safe. I ended up stress testing it using prime 95 and its been running stable so I am going to leave it at 2.8Ghz which was my original goal any way. Its running a little lower temps 75-81 idle and 98-100 under full load. (tweaked the CPU Fan Speed a little) needless to say I am extremely happy with the results and really dont see my self having any issues knock on wood.
