hellow~
i got come problem with my old computer. it is athlon xp 3000+ 512mb ram. when i turn it on, and go on to the internet, the cpu temp is 65C and all fans inside my case starts to run at highest speed. and i really hate that noise. is there some way to fix?? and i dont want to spend any money on that thing. i have cleaned the inside. still......

Do you have any spare thermal paste? If you do, reapply it to your cpu. It's probably dried up.

Yes put some new thermal paste on the CPU. Hopefully it'll run cooler.
