Page wave and Video images drags

Hello,
I am using MSI motherboard with AMD processor attached with ATI video card 156 mb,my problem is the page wave when scroll and the video images drags, running fast not steady,installed new drivers for video card no fix.

I am using MSI motherboard with AMD processor attached with ATI video card 156 mb,my problem is the page wave when scroll and the video images drags, running fast not steady,installed new drivers for video card no fix.

Could be that the monitor can't keep up with the graphics card. Check Display Options and see if changing the Refresh rate does anything for you and also see if adjusting hardware Acceleration while you're in there.

If the monitor is described as anything other than Generic or Plug and Pray , try to find a new driver for it.

Hi, Thanks for quick response to my question, I did everything what you said in the comments but no success.I was trying to fix this fault for last one month. At last I decide to remove the this mother board and replaced to another one.The friend who the gave me this mother board told its not support for desktop pc's but only I can use for servers.Its one of a kind NT system motherboard.Once again I thank to your help.
