Ok, I have no I idea if this will work but here we go...
This is what is going to be used to contain the Ice+ Alcohol mixture. Can't get my hands on LN2 or Dry Ice so this will have to do.
The base made up of Aluminum 6060, and the side tube is made up of Aluminum 6061 covered in regular Aluminum foil. Also note the AS5 mark that was used to see if it fits the CPU.
Note the silicone + hot glue seal.
These are some home-made "heatpipes" they contain Alcohol (80%)+water mixture. They will be frozen (currently in my refrigerator as of 8:55PM )
Aluminum foil covered with 5 layers of paper.
Final Aluminum foil cover+ hot glue seal.
Testing for water leaks.
Will keep updating.

Ok I ran the test on Sunday. Here are the results:
Set UP:
E2180 @3.2Ghz @1.6v (I know too much voltage but wanted to see if this actually would work)
P35-DS3L
All temps are via BIOS reading (@idle) :
Air cooled (OCZ Vanquisher lapped): 65C
Experimental Liquid cooling: 39C-50C*
*Liquid was Alcohol (80% by volume) with Water + Ice.
For next time:
The Base of the Experimental cooling system was not good. Only 1/2 of the base made contact with the CPU. Next time I will have a better container/base.

Okey so mounting won't be that much of problem I guess.
Do you think it has enough surface area to dissipate the heat?
I'd think this will just absorb and store the heat in the alcohol mixture, but you probably don't plan to be running 12h Prime95 sessions with this anyway do you?
I just thought of a friends early waterblock experiments with TT Volcano alot of sillicone and plexiglass and a strange mounting bracket made from a sheet of bent metal (padded with cardboard to fit properly). It worked quite well for a homemade block.

I have some doubts as for the heatpipes, ice does not transfer heat very well, so I was wondering how much mixture was inside them, ¿are they full of it?.
Also, on a sidenote, your hands don't seem capable of holding the gun in your avatar

If you have a bucket water and add ice in it. Then you add salt. Its probably going to cool things allot faster if you like throw in a couple cans of beer in it.
I saw it on mythbusters. Using salt can help but the ice will melt faster than it normally would.
