Appropriate ram speed for E6750@3.2ghz?

Is 800mhz speed for ram is good enough for a E6750 @ 3.2ghz? Or should I OC my ram to 1000mhz or get a faster ram?


E6750 @ 3.2ghz (1600FSB)
2x2gb Crucial Ballistix 5-5-5-18 @ 800mhz
Asus P5K/EPU board
7900GTX video card

There's minimal difference in performance. 800MHz is enough.

If you can, lower the timings instead.
