cant wait should i get 3 8600gts or 1 8800gtx. i am going for 3 7900gtx's lol. (im not)
or maybe the 3 8800gt for the price a a 8800gtx ultra.

man high end gaming is getting expensive.

You can't use GTs or GTS' in triple SLI, only GTX and Ultras.

Exactly. Each card has to have 2 SLI bridge adapters...only available on GTX/Ultras.

However, I have seen some 8800GTX cards dropping into the mid $400 range AR.

Still that is $1350+ just for GPUs alone!

Triple SLI is overkill, considering there are no processors that can fully handle even dual Ultras right now. Right now, ALL cpus are causing bottlenecks when paired with ultras.

Even paired if a server motherboard that could support dual quad cores? If someone going triple sli for an ultra, money is obviously not an issue.
