I can not run my ram at 4-4-4-15-1t @ 800Mhz with my RAM. I have to clock it down to 667Mhz to achieve those timings.

OCZ's site claims the following:

* Under standard voltage operating conditions, these modules are rated at CAS latency 5. On nForce chipset-based motherboards with support for Enhanced Performance Profile (EPP) memory, the EPP profile specifies 2.1V supply voltage at which CAS latency 4 operation at 800MHz can be achieved without problems.

I'm guessing this is a dead ringer for a return correct? Anyone else experienced this?

Thanks..
