I have 2 x Seagate 7200.11 500GB in RAID 0 setup on WinXP (Intel ICH9R). They were (and still is) blisterly fast under most situations. However for the past couple days it seems the volume is slow to respond, especially when it comes to deleting or copying folder/files.

I ran Sisoft bencmark and the bench seems to be erratic, have a look here:

What could be the cause of this? Used space is at 345GB.

Any opinion appreciated!
