Ok, here is the deal. There are two Corsair XMS2 RAM on sale at Newegg. The only difference is pretty much the timing & the price (before MIR). My question is if I get the one rated at 5-5-5-12 can it be timed at 4-4-4-12 like the second set?

First set of RAM:

If you look at the two the 5-5-5-12 is at 1.9v and the 4-4-4-12 is at 2.1v so a voltage increase on the slower modules should allow you to reach the lower timings.
